Well a little bit about The Thompson's, there are three of us in this Thompson clan. So many more in the world, we know. "Oh are you related to so and so Thompson?" We get asked that a lot and no we probably aren't. My name is Kira. My husband's name is Micah and our son's name is Kendrix. We live in a college town where Micah goes to school and plays football. That college town in Denton, TX, Go Mean Green! I am 20 and Micah is 21. Our son is will be 17 months on Christmas Eve. We got married at 18 and 19 on December 27,2011. Our two year anniversary is coming up fast! I take college classes online while Micah actually goes to class and has to sit through boring things, I bet. While Micah slaves his life away at football everyday, I stay home with our precious baby boy. I love being a stay at home mom and wouldn't have it any other way. How do we get income? School pell grants and loans every semester. Woo Hoo right?
On a day to day basis we hardly get to see Micah when school is in. School from 9:30AM to about 12. Then off to practice at 1 till about 6 then he has study hall around 8 or 9. Yeah, our life is crazy but we still make time for each other. It makes us appreciate the time we do actually get to have together. Kendrix's face just lights up when daddy gets home and it makes me happy when he does come home. We are very lucky to have the life that we have and we owe it all to God. We keep our faith strong and we feel our lives stay intact because of it. Yes, we have rough patches but who doesn't? To everyone out there who married young or had a child young, you have to work for it. Work to keep your marriage alive. Work to keep your relationship with the childs father. Most of all, work to keep your family happy.
